What inspires you in what you do?

Teaching netball to children is inspiring because it’s more than just a sport it’s a way to instil teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Witnessing their growth, not just in skills but in character, as they learn to communicate, strategise, and support each other, is truly fulfilling. Seeing their joy when they improve or score a goal is incredibly rewarding. It’s about encouraging a love for the game and helping them develop skills that extend beyond the court.

What do you love most about skippers?

Skippers is a place filled with vibrant energy and a real sense of camaraderie. There’s an atmosphere of support and encouragement that permeates every aspect of the school, where everyone feels valued and motivated. Seeing the eagerness of students to explore, learn, and embrace new ideas makes every day a joy.

What you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy spending time with my twin daughters; we like to bake, explore new places and be outdoors, and of course play netball!
