Kindergarten Fees 2026-2027
Our Kindergarten offers
Term time 8.15am-4.15pm with the option to book for ‘Late Stay’ to 5.45pm. We offer 3 sessions;
Session 1 8.15am-1.15pm including lunch
Session 2 1.15pm-4.15pm including a snack
Session 3 Late Stay inc. a hot supper 4.15pm-5.45pm
Holiday Club
We also offer holiday cover (outside of term time) for up to 48 weeks per year between 8.15am-4pm. Additional fees apply.
Early Year Funding
This refers to government-funded childcare for children from 9 months to 4 years old.
At Skippers, we offer up to 15 hrs funding per week, term time only. This is applied to Session 2 (afternoon sessions only) . Funding is not available for our holiday club. Funding for over 3 year olds is open to all children. Funding for children under the age of 3 is means tested by ESCC. To apply for under 3 year old funding (means tested) click here.
The school applies for funding on the parent’s behalf via the Parental Declaration Form every term. The funding is passed on to the school the term after your child reaches 3 years old. Once we are in receipt of the funding, we then apply this to the account.
Fees and invoices
We invoice monthly through the Parenta app. All invoices include a full breakdown of costs.
Additional Charges
Our morning sessions (8.15am-1.15pm) include a mid morning snack and a hot lunch with dessert which is already included in the cost of the session.
Our afternoon sessions (1.15pm-4.15pm) include an afternoon snack and wipe. The cost of this is £2.60 per day.
Our evening sessions (4.15-5.45pm) includes sandwiches with fruit or dessert. The cost of this included within the session price.
Parents supply their own nappies. We charge £1 for each nappy wipe, gloves and disposal.
