School Fees from September 2025
Skippers Preparatory School provides an education that sparks curiosity, supports children to experience joy at school and is academically rigorous. Across the school’s 22 acre site, children are supported to be confident, resilient and kind.
The school tailors each individual child’s journey through the school. In 2025, 100% of pupils entered for the Pre-Test or 11+ passed. Many children go through to Year 7 and 8 to benefit from our ‘Two Year Boost’ programme designed to offer the best scholarship and GCSE preparation.
Skippers is proud to deliver this exceptional experience at a price that is amongst the most competitive in Kent or Sussex. Below you will find details of our fee structure, which is designed to ensure that the Skippers experience represents the best value for parents.
From September 2025, we will be offering a fee structure which provides exceptional value and convenience.
Our fee structure allows access to lunches, materials and wraparound care from 8.15am – 5.45pm*. We also offer tuition only packages. To choose your option, further details and a full breakdown of fees can be found here.

Important Information
- We offer a sibling discount of 10% for all younger siblings attending the school.
- Scholarships are always offered strictly subject to fees being paid by the due date.
- Late fees are automatically subject to interest at 3% per month.
- Fees are reviewed annually with notice given in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Monthly Payment Scheme
We are also pleased to offer interest-free monthly payments to our parents. Our parents have the option to pay school fees by standing order over eleven months of the academic year with payment in full completed by end of term in July in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Extras
- Supplementary fees are charged for specialist clubs provided by an external provider.
- Breakfast Club for the early birds. 7.30am – 8.15am every weekday
- We offer a transport service on certain routes. Charges apply for the school bus service
- Additional learning support.
School Insurance Policies
The Fee Refund Scheme is a compulsory fee added to your invoice every term.
