Star Awards 19/09/17

Liberty Russell (Reception) - For kindness and help towards our friends as we settle in to Reception

Zack Beardshaw (Reception) - For kindness and help towards our friends as we settle in to Reception

Eloise Cox (Year 1) - Fantastic Geography work

Amber Bassett (Year 2) - For settling in to Skippers so well.  She is really applying herself to her work and is making good friendships within the Year 2 class.

Tilda Defty (Year 2) - For the way she is beginning to settle in to Skippers, having a try at her work and becoming more familiar with the Year 2 pupils and classroom

Casper Drake (Year 3) - Being amazing at crocodile maths

Gabrielle Garnett (Year 3) - Excellent effort in all of her lessons

Pippa Nunn (Year 4) - Being so kind and helpful to others in the class

Jonny Firebrace (Year 4) - Rising to challenges set, especially in Maths

Alfie Slaney (Year 5) - A very positive attitude towards maths. He has taken the time to explain his answers and think about the number problems. He has been able to give sensible suggestions and worked well in paired work with improved presentation.  

Sofia L'elliott (Year 5) - Her contributions and effort in English lessons. She has come up with some great suggestions and is beginning to use some exciting vocabulary in her writing. She has been focussed, positive and thoughtful.

Hugo Willcocks (Year 6) - For getting full marks on his first Latin test

Elysia Brooks (Year 7) - For using her initiative, kindness towards a younger member of the school and setting an outstanding example to others

Jessica Gregory-Lilley (Year 7) - Independent Learning in english producing a story  titles, ‘The nights of the unexpected’

Daisy Gibb (Year 7) - Independent Learning in english producing a story  titles, ‘The nights of the unexpected’

Matthew Bennett (Year 8) - Showing great initiative in organising a whole school charity day

Lucy Hammond (Year 7) - Grade 2 singing with distinction

Tilly Chapman (Year 6) - Grade 2 singing with distinction

Tom Williamson (Year 5) - Being an excellent role model and buddy at the start of term
