Year 4 test their Woodwork Skills

During their enrichment sessions on a Monday afternoon, Year 4 have been doing woodwork with Chris. They have had a wonderful time and enjoyed making a holder for keys as well as a model car.

They split in to groups and raced their cars down the steepest part of the path leading to the fields. Needless to say some vehicles hardly moved but looked very pretty and others went quite a distance - much to their owners excitement! After several heats and semi finals, the two finalists, Freya and Grace, raced against each other and Grace was victorious!

Thanks to Chris for all his hard work and for this great opportunity.
