Skippers create angels for the Angel Festival

Posted: 7th December 2016 | Category: Kindergarten, Reception, Years 1 & 2, Years 3 & 4, Years 5 to 8

We are very proud of our two entries for the St Dunstans Mayfield Angel Festival which took place last weekend. The church was full of a heavenly throng in all shapes and sizes with contributions from local community groups and schools.
Our younger children created a beautiful woodland angel inspired by our stunning grounds. Fr Nigel was so impressed he has asked to keep it, so you can visit her by the door of the church if you are passing.
Following on from our work in kindness week our older children created an angel of goodwill made up of their own messages of kindness. This amazingly colourful creation is proudly displayed by the front door for all to see.
Thanks to Michelle, Miss Henry and Miss Alexander for their incredible vision and for inspiring the children.
Well done everybody!
