Poppy Picken has just been awarded her Grade 5 Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Certificate. In Thursday's Assembly Mr. Lewis presented her with a Gold Badge and a certificate and commented, "Achieving a Grade 5 with Distinction is a cracking performance!"
 
Poppy, who attends The Deborah Lamb Theatre School, runs her own lunchtime Dance Club, which all the girls in Years 7 and 8 attend and enjoy learning Modern Dance techniques.  

Poppy's dancers will be entertaining parents at The Performing Arts' Evening on Tuesday 11 February.
