Girls Focus Hard in Practice Sessions
Posted: 2nd October 2019 | Category: Sports

This term during girls games sessions we've been very focused on moving away from drill-based learning and instead moving into small unit play and game-realistic practices.
We have been intent on re-enforcing our principles of play, when do we carry the ball? When do we pass? How we set up defensively and how can we be most effective with the ball.
Most recently, we've been focusing on being tough with our marking and more aggressive when attempting to win the ball.
The girls are very good at encouraging each other and have created a very positive environment on the pitch both in practice sessions and in matches. They have shown real focus and engagement which has paid great dividends, demonstrated by our great results.
Well done girls, Keep up the good work!
