Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Attend Fantastic Training

We are very excited and proud of our new group of anti-bullying ambassadors who attended a fantastic training day at Bede’s Senior School.

Eight Skippers' pupils in Year 7 attended the training day which is supported by the Princess Diana Award. This was the first cohort of Skippers' senior pupils to train to be anti-bullying ambassadors. The training will enable our ambassadors to have a greater impact on supporting their peers around school.

All the year 7 pupils who were involved were great role models on the day and used their fantastic communication skills to embrace all that the training had to offer. They were enthusiastic, mature and empathetic throughout.

We hope that they will use this and further ongoing training to have a real impact from September onwards when their roles start in earnest.
