Each year group has the opportunity to take care of the environment and the school grounds for half a day at some point over the year.
Early Years were the first ones to do so and spent a wonderful morning in the beautiful Autumn sunshine walking through the grounds and collecting things along the way.
Jackie gave them each a bag with pictures of things they needed to collect on it which they ticked off when they found them. Chris and Mr Gurran came as well and there was great excitement when a baby white deer came from behind a tree, took one look at them and went darting off further into the woods.
A great time was had by all. We walked a long way and had plenty of fresh air so hopefully everyone will sleep well tonight, staff included!
