Weather Reporters in Year 1

Posted: 23rd November 2016 | Category: Year 1

In our Science lessons this term Year 1 have been thinking about 'Our World'. This has included learning about the months and seasons and how they are affected by the movement of the earth around the sun. They have also  been thinking about the different types of weather we have in the UK and when they are most likely to occur - yes it can be very warm in Autumn and no it doesn't only snow in Winter! As a result of their learning, the children produced simple weather reports, for the different seasons, which they presented to the rest of the class. Well done Year 1!
