A huge thanks to FOSHA

Posted: 26th January 2018 | Category: Headmaster's Blog

As final preparations for our annual Quiz Night go forward today I would like to focus my blog this week on the great work that FOSHA carry out for the school and all our pupils throughout the year.

We all owe a huge thanks to the volunteers who give up their time to organise events such as the Christmas Fayre, the pupil discos, the Easter celebrations, Sports Day and the end of year Fun Day.

Feedback from parents consistently shows how much our community values the professional warmth of our school and FOSHA certainly play their part in maintaining that. Each and every pupil benefits from the work of the committee and I am delighted that tonight’s Quiz will be well-supported and, I am sure, rather raucous!

I have been assured that the questions will be engaging, the food will be fantastic and the wooden spoon is all ready for that special table! The staff are determined to improve on last year’s second place and I urge all in our community to continue to support the good work of the committee, which certainly enriches the communal life of the school.

Can’t wait … thank you FOSHA!
