¡Hola - Spanish Day at Skippers

On Monday, dressed in their colourful costumes, Skippers pupils celebrated their first Spanish Day.Pupils from Kindergarten through to Year 8 enjoyed a wide range of exciting activities, all with a Spanish flavour, and were able to learn lots of new facts, skills, words and phrases along the way.Our Senior pupils were each given a ‘Pasaporte’ (Spanish passport) at the start of the day, which was stamped at each of the activities they took part in, including Spanish Cafe, Spanish Art, Salsa and Music, whilst the Juniors all went home with a special certificate for taking part in Spanish Day.

“Gracias” to all staff who made the day a great success and to Salsa Magic for an afternoon of energetic Salsa workshops.
