Success for Skippers Hill Ladies Netball team.

Posted: 1st July 2015 | Category: Sports

The Skippers Hill Ladies Netball team won their first match on Sunday against Go:ver Gym's netball team beating them 17-5. Playing four ten minute quarters, the ladies displayed their best netball, which provided the spectators with a fast and thrilling game to watch. Friends and family came to support both teams and a great time was had by all. Thank you to Erin Howell who has dedicated her time to coach and umpire us this Summer. We train every thursday from 7.30-8.30 on the lower court to the left of the school car park. We are a friendly bunch and really do this for fun, so if you are interested in joining then please email me on barnesy_78@tiscali.co.uk. The club is open any local ladies (and men) who want to play and not just those with children at the school. Sessions are £3 a week on a pay-as-you-go basis.
