Success for Skippers Hill Ladies Netball team.

Posted: 1st July 2015 | Category: Sports

The Skippers Hill Ladies Netball team won their first match on Sunday against Go:ver Gym's netball team beating them 17-5. Playing four ten minute quarters, the ladies displayed their best netball, which provided the spectators with a fast and thrilling game to watch. Friends and family came to support both teams and a great time was had by all. Thank you to Erin Howell who has dedicated her time to coach and umpire us this Summer. We train every thursday from 7.30-8.30 on the lower court to the left of the school car park. We are a friendly bunch and really do this for fun, so if you are interested in joining then please email me on The club is open any local ladies (and men) who want to play and not just those with children at the school. Sessions are £3 a week on a pay-as-you-go basis.
