Skippers raises over £800 for Dogs Helping Kids charity

A big thank you to all the children at Skippers for raising over £800 for 'Dogs Helping Kids'. We are very lucky to be benefitting directly from this charity's inspirational work with Educational Assistance Dogs, as our very own school dog, Lottie, is well underway with her training with them.

During the week we have raised money through a dog-themed biscuit sale, a fantastic sponsored dog walk organised by Year 2 (even better fun in the snow!) and a non-uniform day. Mrs Hammond and Lottie also carried out some demonstrations in assembly and during a talk for our local Senior Citizens group, MAYFACS.
