Reception enjoy painting hedgehogs

Following on from their topic on Autumn, children in Reception have been learning about native woodland animals.

To support their learning, they have been reading Percy the Park Keeper and Brambly Hedge stories and thoroughly enjoyed painting their own hedgehogs.

They also took part in role play where they wore masks of mice, foxes and hedgehogs and had a wonderful time mimicking their favourite woodland animals.
