Poppy Performs in Dance Competition

Poppy dances ballet, tap and modern with The Deborah Lamb Dance School. She’s in the Under 13’s Performance Team who compete and perform across Sussex & Kent at festivals and fetes. The performance team entered the All England Dance Competition winning gold at The Festival Halls- Tunbridge Wells, Chequer Mead- East Grinstead and Hawth - Crawley with modern dance arrangement ‘Tea Party’ .

The wins secured entry into last Sunday’s semi- finals at Cranbrook School. Competing against 15 semi finalists, the team scored honours marks, taking them to the All England Finals at The Bloomsbury Theatre,  London. There they will compete against  county winners from across England.

Poppy and the dance team can be seen performing ‘Tea Party’ during the summer at the High Hurstwood Fete, Scout Festival Uckfield, Isfield Fete, Uckfield Carnival ,Colemans Hatch & Framfield fetes.
