Kindergarten Learn About How to Stay Healthy

Posted: 23rd May 2013 | Category: EYFS, Kindergarten

Throughout this week, the children in Kindergarten have been learning about healthy eating and looking after our bodies.

We have been doing lots of exercise and we have been listening to our heart to see whether exercise changes our heart rate.

We have been sorting foods into healthy and unhealthy groups and discussing our favourites - chocolate and crisps are definitely favourites. A little bit of everything is good for us.

The children have made their own healthy snacks with pitta bread, carrots, tomato, sweetcorn, ham and cheese.

They were delicious!
