Farewell to Gary

Posted: 13th January 2016

During the School assembly on Tuesday the School thanked Gary our School Caretaker for all his hard work during his time at Skippers.  His cheerful face and 'can do' attitude  will be missed by pupils, staff and parents alike.
Freddie Kazemko read out an 'Ode to Gary' and the Year 6 sang their rendition of 'We will miss you' to the tune of we will rock you.
Gary was presented with a National Trust Membership and a Trax and trails off rode 4x4 experience bought with the money donated by the staff and parents.
Gary is moving to Cornwall to be nearer his daughter, we wish him well and hope he will come back and visit.
