Easter Egg Hunt

Posted: 7th June 2012

Egg Hunt

by  Bibi Convert,  Year 7

Despite it being the end of March the sun was beaming down on us as if it was a Summer's day.  We all gathered round for the Easter Egg Challenge. Excitement filled the air as Mrs. B divided us into teams for the start of the Treasure hunt.

We were divided into two teams per house and we were given a list of questions to solve in order to find pieces of a puzzle. We soon realised that in order to succeed we needed to organise ourselves well, listen to each other and cooperate as a team. We had to try and use our initiative if we couldn't work out the answers immediately.

It definitely bought out people’s competitive spirit amongst the most unlikely of people! Everyone was rushing round in all directions with looks of fixed determination on their faces.

After a hard fought battle one of the Livingstone teams were declared the overall winners all winning Easter eggs provided by FOSHA.  Thank you Mrs. B for spending so much time organising it. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was great fun being part of a team with people from different years.
