Skippers Hill is a hidden gem set in 32 serene acres of Wealden countryside, serving a large area around Five Ashes and Mayfield.

We are a small school and this is a particular strength: talents and personalities are cherished; weaknesses and aptitudes are identified and worked upon. Academic results at Common Entrance and Scholarship are excellent; pupils are thoroughly prepared for the secondary school of their choice. Many of these pupils also achieve awards in Music, Art, Sport and Drama.

Skippers is a small school with big ideas and high expectations. We have a full fixture list with all the bigger prep schools in our area, performing strongly in Soccer, Netball, Hockey, Rugby, Cross Country, Athletics, Cricket and Rounders. Art, Drama and Music also play a vital part in the life of our school.

It is a buzzy, busy environment where industry is the norm and the pupils revel in the experience!
