Year 1 write poems about worms!

Year 1 decided to celebrate National Poetry Day last week by writing some fabulous poems about worms! Inspired by Jack Prelutsky's 'Peter Ate A Worm' we recreated our own versions entitled 'Today I Ate A Worm'. Years 7&8 reproduce Pop Art

The pupils in the Senior School have been studying the work of Pop Artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. We have looked at some of the iconic images they created in the 1960’s - bold colours, favoring the comic strip as an inspiration.
