Charge: The charge to use the morning service is £3:00 per child.

For £4:00 a day children can use the Travel Service and also have breakfast at the school.

The two routes have been set up in response to the current demand. If you live in an area that is not currently covered and you are interested in using the Travel Service please contact the School Office to discuss your requirements.

We are potentially able to accommodate for families living in the following areas:

Heathfield, Horam, East Hoathly, Chiddingly, Dallington, Brightling, Burwash, Ticehurst, Wadhurst, Mayfield, Frant, Groombridge, Hartfield, Crowborough, Nutley, Rotherfield, High Hurstwood, Maresfield, Buxted, Uckfield, Framfield, Waldron, Tunbridge Wells and Newick.

There is at present only a morning service available. However,if enough interest is shown we will consider starting an after school service.  We would envisage that any return journeys would depart from the school at 17.45 after all Clubs and Prep have finished.

Administration

• Places on the minibus should be booked on a termly basis through the School Office.

• Children should be at the designated pickup point by the time advertised.

• On arrival at school Junior children will be escorted to their classrooms.

• Journeys booked but not taken will still be charged.                                          

• Charges will be added to the fee invoice.

Our Insurers have stipulated that we must have a minimum of a term’s commitment and that the amount must be paid in advance, i.e. it will be included on the termly account which is sent to you in advance.  We will also have to have definite collection spots, again this is an Insurance stipulation.
