Funtrain classes for toddlers

Skippers Hill runs a music class for toddlers every Monday and Wednesday during term time.

Funtrain classes are engaging music classes for children aged one to pre-school. Each class provides 45 minutes of action songs to music where the children are encouraged to join in by dancing and singing to fun songs. They also get the chance to play a variety of musical instruments and use finger puppets. Basic signs are used to help the very youngest to join in at their level.

The aim of the classes is to develop confidence, positive behaviour and independence. Realistic expectations for pre-school children are set in order to help develop their listening and language skills whilst having fun.

The dates for classes in the Spring Term are as follows:

Monday 20th February: 13:45 - 14:45

Wednesday 22nd February: 10:30 - 11:30

Monday 27th February: 13:45 - 14:45

Wednesday 29th February: 10:30 - 11:30

Monday 5th March: 13:45 - 14:45

Wednesday 7th March:  10:30 - 11:30

Monday 12th March: 13:45 - 14:45

Wednesday 14th March:  10:30 - 11:30

Wednesday 21st March:  10:30 - 11:30

Cost per class: £5:00 per family

(If 10 classes are booked in advance the cost will only be £45.00 - please make cheques payable to Skippers Hill School).
